I write all sorts of copy for many different types of client, including Tone of Voice guidelines, leaflets, banner ads, social media concepts, manifestos, blog posts, TV and radio scripts, and site content. Here are a few examples of some of the longer pieces I've written.
Fairtrade has an army of passionate supporters ready and willing to spread the word about ethical shopping. Small enough to fit in a wallet, the wallet card is guide to which Fairtrade products to buy and when to buy them, plus three mini introductions to Fairtrade to tear off and leave with a friend.
I wrote the site content for SMC, the consulting arm of Siemens. The content was fairly complex with lots of consulting jargon, but it was my job to tell SMC's story in simple, human language that would appeal to potential candidates. You can see the site here.
Working as part of a team of writers, we created a series of editorial pieces about the staff at Siemens. This is one of the stories I wrote about a man who talks to robots.
I regularly write for Libratone, a Danish company specialising in audio equipment. I wrote the copy for the Libratone site, along with emails, product descriptions, POS copy and other online content. You can see their website here.
